Nigeria's communication regulating agency, the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) has claimed it has successfully jammed signals from Radio Biafra. The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Information, Dr. Shade Yemi-Esan told this to newsmen during a press conference.

“We also have a report on that. Right now the signals from radio Biafra have been jammed successfully by the NBC. The commission is also working with security agencies to get those that are behind that radio because it is an illegal radio. It is not licensed by anybody to be on the airwave in Nigeria.” Yemi-Esan claimed.
However, this is a very fat lie. The Radio Biafra is spreading its reach across the entire Biafra. As at the time of filing this report, Radio Biafra is live on 102.1 at Enugu and other areas, on satellite and internet.
Terrified of the powers of Radio Biafra, which is exposing the atrocities of Nigeria, General Muhammadu Buhari has also ordered the reopening of federal information centers abroad to boost the Nigeria’s image abroad.
