This picture was reportedly taken somewhere NNPC/PPMC Depot, Port Harcourt. It shows the official portrait of the immediate past governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi thrown among rubbish.
This is indeed an indication of what is to come. No doubt that is how he will go down in history for betraying his people. After using him the Northern Oligarchy will throw him into the dustbin of history.
