Such truth as preached by Radio Biafra reveals monumental injustice that has been perpetrated on Biafrans as aptly captured by the poem below:
We opened our arms in friendship.
We lived amongst you as one.
We shared with you our wealth and know-how.
We forgot our homes and your home we made ours.
We gave up our language that we may learn yours.
We preached love, brotherhood and unity.
But in return what do we get?
NYAMIRI – You cried!
NYAMIRI – Must die!
NYAMIRI – Kill! Kill! Kill!
NYAMIRI - Open the stomachs of the pregnant, and the unborn kill!
NYAMIRI – Cut their limbs and heads off!
NYAMIRI – Make their children parentless!
NYAMIRI – Confiscate their properties!
NYAMIRI – Wipe them off the face of the earth.
For now on the sidelines we stand.
For our feet we have wiped and our steps retraced.
For whom the world has rejected themselves cannot reject.
From the cry of the fatherless, deaf our ears are!
From the blood of the innocent, blindfolded our eyes are!
For the bones of our dead, picked clean by the vultures, yet unburied, in knots tied we are.
For as long as your crimes you acknowledge not

Many did not expect the coverage to be this soon.
For the past couple of days Radio Biafra has been on the lips of Nigerians especially the Yorubas. The revelation of the decadal injustice that has been meted out on Biafrans appears to be sending cold chill up their spines. In their frantic efforts to castigate Biafra they are unintentionally advertising Radio Biafra and its message of freedom!
At the last count more ten blogs and mainstream Nigeria media including the Nigerian Tribune, Osun Defender, Naij, Paradigm etc have found space to write about Radio Biafra. The Nigeria's National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) has also waded into the matter and asking 'Nigerians' to ignore the radio.

MORE residents of Enugu and its environs now hook up to Radio Biafra for programmes and news items, investigation has revealed.
Some Enugu residents interviewed, said they enjoyed the programmes dished out by the producers, saying the presenter had no respect for anybody, as he criticised both past and present nation’s political leaders and their acolytes.

It was gathered that apart from political leaders, the radio presenter also attacked Igbo activists, stressing that the leader of the Movement for Actualisation of Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB), Chief Ralph Uwazuruike, was a sell out.
Further checks showed that Nigeria territory is referred to as “ Zoo” by the radio presenter just as it predicted that all Igbo people should be prepared to embrace Biafra, a dream it said, would not be wished away.
Although nobody was ready to talk publicly on the programmes and effects of the radio station on the people, it was learnt that the listeners cut across age and political leanings.
The amazing feature of the radio station which is aired on 104.7fm is that it is current as it picks on current socio-political issues in the country.
The radio station criticizes all the past and present presidents beginning from Obasanjo, Jonathan and Muhammed Buhari whom it described as anti-masses.
Ignore ‘Hate Messages’ from Radio Biafra – NBC tells Nigerians - African Spotlight, The News
The National Broadcasting Commission (NBC), on Friday, urged Nigerians to ignore Radio Biafra transmission.
This is contained in a statement by the Director, Public Affairs of the commission, Alhaji Awwalu Salihu, in Abuja.
The statement said the commission had become aware of a pirate radio station transmitting seditious and divisive content contrary to the provisions of the Nigeria Broadcasting Code and law.
It assured the public that it was working in conjunction with security forces to track the source of the broadcast.
It urged the public to ignore the inflammatory content of the broadcast and continue to work toward a strong, united and prosperous nation.
Earlier today, Radio Biafra posted the following message on its Twitter page: “True Biafrans must go after the hausa fulani yorobber ethnic bigots and dismantle their monumentalbundle of illegality and lies against Biafrans. Go after them on twitter, Facebook, instagram, LinkedIn, viber, watsapp etc and all the platforms you find yourselves. We have only told them to stop the decades of injustices against us and they having nightmares. The journey has just begun!

The call for a ban on Radio Biafra is an irritating distraction for the following reasons.
1. Biafra Radio operators are guaranteed free speech and do not operate on Nigerian airwaves, they are free to agitate for the State of Biafra so long as they do it without violence, call to violence or promote violence against persons, or promote ethnic war against others.

2. Agitation for the State of Biafra is not a crime as individuals/groups can advocate for a right to self determination, what would be wrong is for them to dismember themselves from the territory of the Federal Republic of Nigeria without the consent and agreement of the other federating units. Biafra agitators would have to wage a war against the Federal Republic of Nigeria to do that and would have to be prepared for the consequences (Positive or Negative) of such action.
3. Banning Radio Biafra would just be playing into the agenda of the operators who are making a kill financially from those who buy into whatever agenda they promote, a ban will increase the funding and drive sympathy to the platform.
4. Radio Biafra and other voices should be encouraged to speak openly rather than drive agitators underground.
5. MASSOB (Movement for the Actualisation of the Sovereign State of Biafra ) is a good example of how lame the power base of Biafra agitators are, like most other pretentious platforms, Radio Biafra will end up like MASSOB and should be left to be.
6. Best way to counter the narrative of those who operate Radio Biafra is to treat ALL Nigerians equally irrespective of region, religion, tribe, sex or political affiliation, if that is done, platforms such as Radio Biafra would remain an avenue for those with a siege mentality to vent and let the steam out and they must be allowed to let it out in a peaceful way.
Face Behind Genocide-Seeking Radio Biafra Exposed - The Paradigm
Trending on social media is a talk around the radio activities of the genocide-seeking ethnic sect, which broadcast online and on terrestrial radio in the South East and South South via 102.1FM.
When a staff of The Paradigm monitored the radio broadcast online, a certain character who most people call “Director” coordinated activities of the secessionist from his studio in London. He described Biafra has being more than a country, he called its a “religion.”
The Director’s identity has now been revealed has Nnamdi Kanu, pictured below:

During the radio show monitored by our correspondent, the coordinator of Biafra Secessionist Sect in the UAE, gave his telephone numbers as 0554170417 and 0526522945 and encouraged peoples to support the cause financially.
