Imo 2015: Between Ihedioha and Rochas. Who is a better man?
I am amused whenever people try to eulogize Governor Rochas Okorocha. These people see Governor Okorocha as a super natural politician who cannot be beaten by any individual in any political contest. To them, Governor Okorocha is the master who commands the love and respect of every Imo indigene especially those at the grassroots who the pro Okorochas believe must or will return him to office with their votes.

possible acceptance of Fr Peter Okpaleke as the bishop of the diocese.

bishops of the Owerri catholic province and the priests of Ahiara Mbaise
catholic diocese recently at the instance of the former.
Oilfield battles thickens: Tinubu demands 3 oil blocks, Speaker, Finance, Petroleum, Justice and Aviation ministers from Buhari
THERE are emerging indicators that the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) is at a critical stage of bargaining and tradeoffs towards the post-election sharing of “political profits.”
A reliable source from the top hierarchy of the opposition APC revealed to this reporter that a National Leader of the party and former Governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju
Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is purportedly negotiating with the APC Presidential candidate, General Muhammadu Buhari, for allocation of oil wells in the Niger Delta as compensation for his support and huge financial commitment into the party from the stage of negotiations for merger and registration as a political party to the electioneering campaigns into the general elections.
President Goodluck Jonathan on Monday promised that he would not run Nigeria like a zoo when elected for the second time. This was an obvious response to Radio Biafra's consistent reference to Nigeria as a Zoo, where only animals live based on the manner things are done in the country.
He said he would not preside over an administration under which Nigerians would be thinking they are in a zoo where small animals would be afraid of the big ones.
Editorial: Buhari's 'missing' certificate and his fraudulent traits
The Nigerian Army, yesterday at the risk of shooting itself in the foot came out boldly to refute claims by the All Progressives Congress (APC)'s flag-bearer Major General Muhammadu Buhari (rtd) that they were in possession of his certificates. The army through the Director of Army Public Relations (DAPR), Brig-Gen. Olajide Laleye, said it is was neither in possession of the original or photocopies of Buhari's West African School Certificate (WASC) with which he enrolled in the Nigerian Military Training College in 1962.
Chuka Umunna storms off Sky News, calls Dermot Murnaghan 'ridiculous'
The United Kingdom Shadow business secretary Chuka Umunna stormed off Sky News after taking umbrage to presenter Dermot Murnaghan’s suggestion that he wouldn’t answer questions because he didn’t know the party line.
President Goodluck Jonathan, during his campaign in Sokoto described those calling him enemy of the North, as liars who have nothing to offer the region. He used the opportunity to outline all his administration has done for the north, suggesting he has focused more on the north, while depriving the south of same opportunity.
“The APC gets much of its strength from tapping into anti-Jonathan sentiments in the Muslim north and grievances among the Yoruba who feel that the Jonathan administration has ignored them in key political appointments.”
Brookings Institue, the World’s most influential think-tank based in the United States, have projected a President Jonathan victory over the opposition candidate’s General Buhari in the 2015 Elections which it suggests would be keenly contested.

#ROCHASMUSTGO: How Okorocha and co looted the funds of Imo State Oil Producing Area development Commission
I made a telling revelation that the sum of 1 billion naira belonging to pensioners in the 27 LGA’s of Imo State was "squandered" by Sir Jude Ejiogu the current Chief of Staff to the Governor of Imo State. Ejiogu squandered this money when he was the Chairman of Imo State Local Government Service Commission. I lamented the "squandering of the significant sum of 1 billion naira and another 3 billion naira looted by the Speaker of the Imo State House of Assembly Mr Benjamin Uwajumogu.
Right now, I feel it is important to draw the attention of all Biafrans and in fact the international community as well to what the Biafrans are fighting for i.e the restoration of the Republic of Biafra. The series of injustice perpetuated against the people of Biafra was initiated by a mercenary soldier working on behalf of the British government. His name was Fredrick Lugard. In the year 1914, Lugard as colonial administrator and friend of the Hausa-Fulani using his connections with the British colonial office committed the most outrageous fraud in human history by unilaterally declaring the amalgamation of northern and southern protectorate in our part of Africa and naming these territories NIGERIA.

THE DANGER OF FOLLY: Remebering Late Prof Odenigbo
Many have come out for a singular purpose, to restore the dignity of our people. They understand the dangers we face as a people and have come to discover that, as we try to shy away from confronting these dangers and their fears, we become donkeys of labour and playthings to everything that breathes. Many have realized that this is not the way to live and have given up so much to stand and defend the rights of the indigenous people of Biafra to freedom and the rights to their own State, sovereign, separate and independent from Nigeria.

“Sharia should be introduced in full force across Nigeria. I will continue to show openly and inside me the total commitment to the sharia movement that is sweeping all over Nigeria. God willing, we will not stop the agitation for the TOTAL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SHARIA IN THE COUNTRY. It is the legal responsibility which God has given us within the context of one Nigeria to continue to uphold on the practice of sharia wholeheartedly.” – Muhammadu Buhari
About this time two years ago, Boko Haram was unleashing its
onslaught on Biafran Christians in the northern part of Nigeria. Churches were
being attacked; bus stations and markets predominated by Biafrans were always objects
of incessant attacks. However, the Muslim North were resoundingly silent. Hardly
was there any voice from any prominent or lower level Islamic Hausa-Fulani
leader or politician condemning such genocidal attacks. Having killed many of
them, some Biafrans relocated further south, others restrategised and adopted certain
survival tricks.
#ROCHASMUSTGO: The genesis of his problems with Ndi Imo
Gov. Rochas Okorocha of Imo State will face very stiff huddles in his comeback bid as dissatisfaction for his government gathers more momentum and gains more prominence.
Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo state
to me is amusingly a wonderful person. Wonderful in the sense that he is an
ardent believer in deceit and art of skillfully charming people out of their
senses and sensibilities with very broad smiles and very passionate and humane
verbal utterances when his mind is actually sadistic and luciferic.
Northern Oligarchs panic as rumours of Buhari's ill health intensifies
Indications have emerged that prominent Northern leaders and elders who
had initially declared support for the candidacy of General Muhammadu
Buhari in the February elections have started reconsidering their
position, following alarms that the general might be suffering a serious
health challenge. Buhari appears to be having memory loss as alluded to by President Goodluck Jonathan, when he stated that Buhari doesn't remember his phone number. At a campaign rally in Owerri, Buhari also forgot the name of his running mate Professor Yemi Osinbajo, when he introduced him as Professor Yemi OSINBADE.
Over 3,000,000 Igbos who lost their lives during the Nigeria/Biafra civil war were today buried for their souls to rest in peace.
The burial was sequel to the Biafran Memorial ceremony organised last year by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), following the clamour for a formal burial for millions of Biafrans who lost their lives during the Biafran-Nigerian War, by the Director of Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.

*Oil blocks due for reallocation in 2016
The determination of the Northern Oligarchs to wrest power from Goodluck Jonathan has been linked among other things to the oil wells across Biafra. At least 20 owners of richest oil blocks in various parts of Biafra are the arrowheads against the reelection of Goodluck Jonathan.
Among the oligarchs owners of oil blocks in the region include Theophilus Danjuma, Alhaji Mai Daribe, Dantata and Rilwan Lukman.
Anambra Government to hold Biafra Memorial: Prepares 50 yards for Biafra Cenotaph
At last a state government in Biafra has woken up from slumber. For years the soldiers that fought to defend Biafra and Biafran have largely remained forgotten by the people the died for. This was until May 30, 2014 when the Indigenous People of Biafra under the leadership of Nnamdi Kanu used the Radio Biafra to mobilise Biafrans across the globe to remember the Biafran dead. Anambra State government has consequently keyed into the noble act. Arrangements have been concluded by the Anambra State Government to give a befitting societal burial to fallen Biafran heroes and others, who died during the Nigerian/Biafran Civil War tomorrow.
In an interview Buhari granted to the Daily Sun (Sunday, 8 August 2010), Buhari predicted the outbreak of violence if the 2011 general elections were perceived to be far from free and fair. In the interview, Buhari was asked: “Do you fear for the country, that if we don’t get it right now…?” The interviewer did not complete the question before Buhari interjected, saying: “There may be no Nigeria…, because I draw parallel with Somalia so many times. Somalia-sation of Nigeria; I am scared about that.”

Boko Haram berths in Ghana: Ghana gets its version of Boko Haram
A
vigilante Muslim group in Ghana has named itself after Nigeria’s terrorist group - Boko Haram. The Ghanaian Boko Haram tortured a young woman for buying
food from a Christian.According to Starrfmonline’s
investigations, the modus operandi of the Ghanaian Boko
Haram is similar to that of the Nigeria
Islamic terrorists.
Suspected Islamic terrorists attack French Newspaper Charlie Hebdo. At least 12 killed
Twelve people, 10 journalists and two policemen, have been killed, and 10 others wounded in the shooting massacre at the Paris headquarters of satirical newspaper Charlie Hebdo. Three of the wounded are in critical condition.
The brazen attack is suspected to have been carried out by Islamic terrorists. Charlie Hebdo is a controversial French satirical newspaper that was under attack over the publication of caricatures of Muslim leaders and the Prophet Mohammed in 2011. A witness told France Info media outlet that the assailants said: “We will avenge the Prophet.”

Bishop David Oyedepo of Living Faith Church aka Winners Chapel has
joined the mounting forces against Boko Haram and planned Islamisation of
Nigeria. Preaching recently at his church, Oyedepo encouraged his congregation
to rise up against Islamic Jihadists in Nigeria and kill any Jihadists they
encounter. “You catch anyone that looks like them kill him . . . there is no ceremony, kill him and pull of his
neck [head] on the ground . . . and I will spill his blood on the ground. They
said why should Christians defend themselves? Hold it! What stupid statement?
Why won’t Christians defend themselves? So they will watch for you to put a
knife on their neck? What? What??
Dirty secret: The real reason Father Mbaka denounced Jonathan
The real reason behind Rev Father Ejike Mbaka’s recent
denouncement of President Goodluck Jonathan is beginning to appear. Mbaka, who according
to him used to be an ardent fan of President Jonathan on his New Year message
to his congregation berated President Jonathan and asked him to ‘honourably resign’
in other to invariably pave way for the
emergence of Islamic Jihadist General Muhammadu Buhari (rtd).
The Biafran
gathers that Mbaka may have been disenchanted with President Jonathan as an
aftermath of a visit the president’s wife paid him. Two months ago, Mbaka
endorsed President Jonathan for a second term when his wife visited the
Adoration Ground at Enugu. But it appears that Mbaka’s hope for open access to
the president, which was rebuffed by the First Lady, angered him. According to
the Sun, Mbaka stated yesterday during a sermon at the Christ the King Catholic
Parish GRA, Enugu that he requested severally for the contact number of the
First Lady, but was ignored. He was rather given the contact number of a pastor
with Mrs Jonathan. To rub insult to injury, after the visit, Mbaka tried severally
to contact the First Lady via the number and was getting only an underling. It
appears that possible monetary reward promised Mbaka that was not fulfilled had
helped swell Mbaka’s anger on the President. In Mbaka’s words: “When she came here, I told her to give me
her number so that I could give her messages, but thrice she refused. It was
later she told one of the pastors with her to give me his number.
“So, before that
message, I had called the number for two weeks but it was always the Personal
Assistant to the pastor that picked the calls.”
Meanwhile, Leadership
Newspaper reported that a high-powered delegation of the presidential
candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Gen Muhammadu Buhari (rtd), paid Mbaka a visit on the 31st of
December few hours before his New Year message. The
Leadership may be alluding to a strong rumour making rounds on social media that
Mbaka received a monetary donation of almost a
billion naira from the APC. The rumour, which The Biafran is making
necessary efforts to confirm, alleges that Senator Chris Ngige, APC’s arrowhead in the Southeast and a close friend of
Ngige paid Reverend Father Mbaka eight hundred and fifty million Naira (N850million) to join APC campaign team.
Themoney was raised by Buhari’s ‘banker’,
the River State governor, Rotimi Amaechi.
The idea of bribing the Catholic priest was brought
up byEl-rufai and Buhari, and Amaechivolunteered to make thefunds available. This rumour may be credible because the only thing that seem to have changed between November, 2014 when Mbaka endorsed Jonathan and January 1st 2015, would probably be an 'intervention' from the APC.
Mbaka denied not having met Buhari in person before but he declined to deny not meeting with APC delegates. "They said Buhari gave me money, but I have never met with Buhari. I don’t know him in person. I only delivered the message I was given and I stand by that message because the future of this country is bleak with Jonathan on the saddle." Perhaps we need to find out who gave him the message he delivered.
The Biafran holds Mbaka in high esteem and sincerely hope the allegations are false.
Mbaka’s New Year message epitomises the folly of an average Igbo man in Nigerian politics
Rev Father Ejike Mbaka’s
recent riling against President Goodluck Jonathan is a classic example of the
folly of an average Igbo man. Mbaka, a Catholic priest wants Jonathan to
“resign” so that General Muhammadu Buhari (rtd), a self-proclaim Islamic
jihadists would take over the reins of power in Nigeria. . .can you beat that? An
average Onye Igbo is literary lost in Nigeria politics.
